UFF! was built on a simple thesis: the flavors half the world grew up on deserve better than the bottom shelf of the “ethnic” aisle.

Tamarind, mango, chili. They’ve been perfect for generations, sold under fluorescent light next to the imported biscuits. We put them in a nice can, poured them cold, and gave them the table they always deserved.
